Ratafia de Champagne is a liquor elaborated in adding Marc de Champagne (a Champagne brandy with neutral aromas) with the grape must (non-fermented
grape juice obtained after pressing).
This method, well known as «mutage» prevent from the alcoholic fermentation and preserve the natural grape sugar, giving the Ratafia its rich and fruity flavor.
The elaboration of Ratafia is an integral part of our family legacy!

Ageing for a minimum of 3 years in oak barrels (225L, themself aged from 10 to 20 years.)
Preserved in oak barrels until bottling

Perfect as an aperitif or after dinner. Poured fresh in a wide glass to express its whole aromas.
Can also be used to perfume some of your meals sauce.
